  : One guy at check-in acting like the queen of Köln while I speak perfectly German as non native. I got annoyed by him immediately.

  : Location was perfect for us, not right in the city centre, but near a S bahn if needed, but also perfect walking distance to the city. Totally accessible from the airport, 2 stops on the S bahn or train to the city centre. Hotel itself is relatively new and has lots of nice interior features. We where given a room on the 4th floor but the a/c element of the room didn't work for us, and we could not open the window and it was causing the room to be way too stuffy. Reception where very accommodating though and they allowed us to swap rooms for a room whereby we could open the window. Please note these rooms are internal facing, into the very manicured courtyard. The room itself isn't massive, but bed was very comfortable, bathroom was adequate and shower gel was provided. Big TV with lots of channels, but not that it mattered that much, but there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. This wasn't an issue for us, but just be aware if this is what you are expecting.
  : Nothing much not to like tbh. Staff where all so helpful, breakfast was plentiful and you didn't need to pre book, we just paid when we had it. The lounge are was very nicely done but could do with a few more proper table/chairs to eat food and not just comfy sofas.

  : Having stayed several times at this hotel, I am always impressed by the helpfulness and costumer centricity of its staff.Being aware that the rooms are on the small side, but having such a huge lounge on the first floor, the value you get for your money is absolutely stunning.
