  : The location is fine, close to the river and public transport. All the necessary stuff was available. The shades on the windows were great :)
  : The internet connection, while available, wasn't very stable and kept disconnecting. The TV had only a few channels available, and all of them only ran infomercials. The view was pretty bad but then again it's not the most important thing for a budget place

  : The instructions and the not immediate solution, felt like following instructions for a treasure hunt. It was actually fun.

  : The studios were clean and proper. The location was easy to reach with public transport. The kitchen included everything you need. The facility overall was well isolated, so you're not bothered by the traffic sound outside.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable, that's the reason I would not stay here again. We were visiting Cologne for pleasure, the city center was very far away (at least half an hour by Ubahn).

  : Easy access, touchless checkin, kitchenette.
  : The bathroom was disgusting. I had to complain about leftover feces and black mold in the toilet/on the shower head on the first day. We later discovered massive limescale and green mold on the tap's mouth as well. The room was not air conditioned, it was hot and humid and we had a hard time ventillating it. The bed was too small and the pillows were bad quality, uncomfortable ones. The stools in the kitchenette were super small and uncomfortable too, we never sat on them. There was only one glass provided for the two of us and no shower gel (it was on the list on Booking.com). Salt and sugar were also not provided, which made it more useless to have a "whole" apartment for 3 nights (we were hoping for a better equipped place). The dishes were standing in an open cabinet dirty, so we had to wash everything before use (dust on everything). Staff was nowhere to be found, and didn't do much to help a couple who lost their keycard in front of the hotel (we found it and took action). Overall, one of the worst choices I've ever made on this website. Absolutely not recommended!!!
