  : Part of the building was on maintenance so we had to walk off an on lots of stairs

  : We didn't stay there, because we arrived late. We tried to contact the property to cancel but the phone was not working, and there was no one to accommodate our needs and also checking was from 15 until 18 pm . If is for self service I have a tent in my car.
  : The thing is that they want to charge us for something that we didn't use, also we booked queen size bed, but the property could not give us what we booked, but they will accommodate us somehow , but how when no one is there to assist you. I don't understand . No disrespect to the property, but if I am looking for hotel, someone need to be there to assist you. They have the courage to sent an invoice. People paying 100 of Euro to hassle of not knowing if they will get access to the property

  : You can hear everything what other room does, I was not able to sleep because hearing other peoples snore and loud talks from the rooms next to me.
