  : The location of the hotel was fine and close to our venue, so thefore we booked it.
  : After the staff check us and we paid for our stay. The staff member informed us that we cannot take our 13 month old baby in our twin room and the baby was present with us at the time, so he has to re-book us a family room, in case the fire breaks out we could block the exit way with the baby cradle. We tried to pursuade the staff, that the baby is less than 2 years old with a child-passport and that the baby could sleep with us, but staff insisted that we should book and pay for the family 4-bed room. After negotiations with his manager the staff offered us a family room for a 25 euros adittional payment. We told him multiple times if we knew those conditions before check-in than we will rather turn and look for other accomodation. In other words the staff/management fraud us after the staff check us in.

  : First time ever ... paying for early checkin of 45min ... we arrived at 14:15 and were told that our rooms were ready, however as check-in was not until 15:00 we could either wait or pay a €10 fee to get access to our rooms 'early'.
