  : 24H Frontdesk service not available, customer has to contact by phone - hotel is not at ground level, few dozen of street stair to climb

  : The property was right next to the centre. Room was very comfy with nice bed where we slept like a child :) The restroom was also very clean and comfy.
  : Because we visited during a hot summer weekend , we missed presence of a fan. Otherwise no complains.

  : Boutique-Hotel Lohspeicher is nothing short of delightful. The location is great (3m walk from public parking by the water), and the rooms/beds are comfortable. Check-in/-out was pretty seamless, and the breakfast was very extensive (yet a bit on the pricier end). We received some great tips to discover fun bars and restaurants as well!
  : A heads up about the breakfast pricing prior to confirming would have been useful. Other than this, it would be handy to have more of a "hotel lobby" available for check ins (we arrived at 7:30pm and the check in time was advertised to be until 8:30pm -- the owner was kind enough to call and let us know we needed to be in touch, yet when we arrived we were able to enter through other guests as the owner -- very understandably -- had to attend to other matters).
