Hotel-Restaurant Ratsstube

Fair
Traveller Type:
: Breakfast was good. Location was very good
: In spite of most rooms being empty we were given rooms with windows facing walls and when requested for frontal view rooms were informed hotel was full. This was simply untrue. It could be because the staff was sullen and appeared to be biased towards nonwhites.Except for Stella who was simply wonderful.

Pleasant
Traveller Type:
: Other than the room which had to be changed, the rooms were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful for parking facilities.
: We had three rooms booked. One of the rooms had to be changed as the bed was unmade. One of the rooms had the window to the side of the next building. This was very close, so no daylight came into the room. Which meant the person had to use a light in the days and evenings. No lift.

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Very clean and comfortable room. Very simple, and in a great location.
: They used scented laundry detergent and cleaners which is a little hard coming from a scent-free home for health reasons.
