: Spacious, comfortable and beautiful accommodation. The owner was very friendly and kind. Once you know the location, it is a good reach to the nearest U-bahn station, as well as the Hfb. I would like to come back again if I need to stay in Bochum.

: It came with a little foldable bike. This was great for cruising around the city. The light worked. Also the person brought me the keys promptly when I requested to arrive.
: Really everything was great. There were these occasional tiny flies that were in the apartment. They were in the building stairwell and there were very few of them. Not a problem at all, but maybe somewhere in the building is some standing water or something.

: The apartment was very spacious and modern, in an excellent location. The Wifi was superb. The owner and manager were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
: One of the parking spaces for the building was taken up by a container which meant I had to find parking down a side road one evening.

Poor
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: specious and well equipped, looks even better than the photos
: This review for booking users to take care. We unfortunately had a sad and disappointing experience in this stay. The apartment is quite specious and well equipped as described, however, the heating system wasnt functioning and we had to contact the host for three consecutive day to fix it. This was quite annoying and irritating. Additionally, the host wasnt very welcoming and we asked for an extra bed linen as we had a long stay (7 days) and he didnt provide us with one so we had to buy one by ourselves. Moreover, there was no enough hand soap nor klinex in the bathroom. All this make this listing a very low value for money (around 102 euro per night). We dont recommend it.
