  : We surprisingly got a room with a big balcony. That really made our trip and chill evenings very cozy. And made up for us having to wait so long at the check-in. The view was very good too. Housekeeping gave us new towels, made our bed. We didn't get new sheets but I think that is overrated anyways. I don't change my sheets at home in 3 days too. The location was okay and due to the Gesundbrunnen station, everything was reachable. The staff was nice. We had our space and the room was bigger than expected. The connection to the TV worked really great and we had a movie night as well. It was very nice. The lighting was very modern and cool. Having air conditioning was good too. From the hotel we could see a viewing plattform that we can recommend to walk up to. It was a really nice view of the sunset and for free. Moxy offered breakfast but we didn't try it and I didn't look at the pricing either. At the corner of the hotel was a great (Turkish) restaurant, we had breakfast there everyday. Everything we tried was really delicious. The price was okay too. On the last day we left our luggage at the hotel. They have free big lockers for this purpose. This was great. Check out was really fast and easy. They have a nice lounge too but we didn't use it. Seemed to be a great place for bigger groups tho :)
  : At our arrival day we had to wait an hour to get into our room because there was just one employee who seemed unfamiliar with the hotel or his particular job. Other's even waited longer than us. I dont put only blame on him because e.g. we had to fill out forms even tho we booked online and the information should've been available. I don't understand this, till today. Plus I was expected to pay a deposit which wasn't noted anywhere properly. After searching I found a document that stated 50€ but I had to pay 75€ at the hotel. I was very cautious about it due to no prior information. I don't like missing transparency. The group before us didn't know either and they prayed to be able to pay it. It is 25€ a night of damage deposit per room. This is not a way to handle this. Be transparent beforehand. Then we had to wait a while to get the deposit back. Which is normal but I was worried I wouldn't get that money back because of lacking transparency. This made me worry and unpleased, which could've been avoided by transparent service and information beforehand. It would also cause less needed talk at check-in. & Not everyone has always spare money too when they don't know about it.I also didn't like that there was way too less space to put one's things. For two people especially. Three hangers and one suitcase holder is definitely not enough. The concept without a drawer is fine to me but a couple more shelf's would have been nice. It fast looks untidy. Plus I can't protect or hide my stuff from cleaning stuff.And we asked for two seperate blankets beforehand and this wasn't executed. The one person who was there didn't have the capacity to help us. It was fine in the end, we didn't need it because the blanket was really big enough + we surprisingly liked it. Still we felt like our request was forgotten and we would've needed to run after it, if we weren't okay with one blanket.

  : It was definitely less than a 4 star stay, the room was pretty basic and seemed old. It did not have a telephone, a fridge or even a kettle. The wall had some stains of dead bugs, the bathroom had its sink broken and the price was definitely more than it deserved. Was disappointed considering that its a Marriott group hotel

  : Room size was normal, lobby was great, location was not in city centre but very near to S and U Bahnhof and it was quite easy to movie around the city
  : Breakfast was poor, breakfast items were served with delay, pillows were uncomfortable and there was not free coffee and tee in the room

  : the room was expensive for what it provided. in terms of cleanliness the walls were stained, and the cleaning crew did not speak english and entered the room without knocking.

  : Close to the station, we had a good price as booked 6months ahead, friendly staff in general
  : The sheets and pillows were dirty (stains and hairs), neighborhood was a little dodgy - nothing happened. Totally unqualified staff (contradictory information flying around constantly). room is very simple (not even a fridge). Very noisy - we asked for a room in the back but only got one facing the park where load music was played through the night (and early morning).
