  : Rooms were reasonably clean. Location good in terms of proximity to tram stop and grocery stores
  : No WiFi, no option for breakfast. Multiple big doors for entrance, access needs to be managed by customers themselves.

  : The customer service is exceptional, very friendly staff, complementary bottle of mineral water upon arriving. The location of the pension is very easy to find and is very close to the Alexander Platz, which is great. The room was quite spacious, could easiliy fit more than two people. Everything was clean and I had, despite some issues with the wifi, a rather pleasant stay at the pension. I would definitely visit once more.
  : There is almost non-existent wifi signal in the room, the connection often breaks down, which was a bit dissapointing as I couldn't work from the room. The ground floor room and the entrance hall to it is dark. coming to the room during night or early morning when it is dark is a bit unpleasant, particularly for a solo female traveler, but fortunately there is an automated light on the main entrance and in the backyard that leads to the rooms. Although exceptional, the reception staff is available and the reception desk open untill 6pm, after that there is a problem how to retrieve the room key. So, if you are arriving after that time, it might require a lot of creativity both from the guest's and reception staff's side. The kitchenette from the room/appartment was non functional (beside the mini fridge) and I was wondering why is it even there (I guess there maybe is a reason :) ).

  : Very spacious and cozy, located right next to the tram line leading into the city center. Nearby restaurants were lovely, and the neighbourhood had plenty of parks about.
  : Wifi wasn't very good, the signal was quite weak from my room and occasionally dropped off altogether. That isn't the situation for the whole property, and I could still get a signal from reception whenever I walked past, so for my purposes it was fine, as I just needed to check WhatsApp occasionally and plan out trips on Google Maps. But if you need good wifi access, that could be an issue here.
