  : the first contact with the staff from the hotel was really not good the lady didn't want to speak any english language ..(I can guess easily that people from the whole world is travelling there... and english language is almost the first language the most spoken in the world...) ... she spoke only in german language .... I came to the location of the hotel, I was ringing at the intercom, the lady was speaking german and she opened the door without saying to me that i was supposed to go to the other location because the desk of the hotel is not at the same place.... so I rang again to try to ask her where is the desk of the hotel but she kept pressing the button to open the door without saying that it was not the good place to go firstly ... I asked some people who was entering in the building, they gave me this information, I saw the lady, she kept speaking to me in german language... all of that around 9pm , I travelled the whole day, I would be happy to not suffer this she kept being rude, and not cool, I saw her once the rest of the team : they're nice the room, I booked it too quickly, the room was so little .... really little...too little ! .. and the bathroom was not in the room (I'll check longer next time...) I though about canceling it but it was the last destination of my trip so I stayed there and I tried to not thinking about all of that ... (PS : the wifi is really not good)

  : Great location 2 blocks from Friedrichstrasse station which has groceries, food , U- and S-bahn, including direct S-bahn to airport. Next to Albrechtstr. cafes/restaurants, and 2 blocks from riverside dining. Breakfast was good-- several kinds of bread/buns, boiled eggs, meat/cheese slices, juice, coffee, olives, etc. Room was clean.
  : Hotel is in an older building, partly residential, so not super quiet--you can hear people going down the hall in the hotel, & residents moving garbage bins at 7 AM. But other than that, it was quiet in the night. My room had 3 steps up to the bed. Bed was adequate but felt a bit like a futon. I slept fine though.

  : Noisy room. Old House with first floor converted in apart hotel. Close to main road with no acoustic insulation. The cleaning was done up to 2 meters high. The rest was unclean.

  : Breakfast was ok and enough to keep you going. The rooms was clean. Beds are not the most comfortable.The best thing about this property is the location. Within easy walking distance of tourist sites and train station. Was fairly quiet as well.

  : Location is perfect. Comparing the room price is affordable cheap as this was including breakfast. The room is dated, double bed mattress seen better days. Also toilet was not flushing and water running constantly. Advert states the parking and wifi available. Had no wife in the room and no parking, lovely lady on reception advised on the street parking and nearby one. Paid on street parking and next morning found 15 penalty, even time has been paid on ( will be sorting this as not hotel responsibility ) Overall we enjoyed our stay
