Disappointing

  : The pillows were huge, if we were to use them we would have slept at 90°. No air conditioning in 30°C which had us sleeping with the windows open all the while waking up to sirens and bugs and cars ... They advertised parking on the site but after we reserved the place we were made aware that they might not have availability, we would have to fix it ourselces as it is first come first served. The shower was not clean. They also advertised that they offer a free place for our child but the said child would have to sleep in our bed, he was provided with no towels or no water glasses. The lady that was attending the reception in the morning had a bad wake up or something because she was treating her colleague very poorly while a couple of clients sat there watching her displaying her power. It made me scream inside. Not to say that when she came to park her car we were on the ramp, exiting the garage and she continued to push coming in and we had to stop while hanging there. What an unpleasant experience. Overpriced at best.

  : There isn't enough facilities like caffee Machine in the bedroom no pure water to drink, no Refrigerator ,Microwave etc.

  : Small shower. We got a room facing the street and since the hotel is in a not so nice part of town there were a lot of sirens passing the open window that we had to have open due to no ac in the room.
