  : Location was perfect for me. Also room - quite big, spacious, vey clean. Comfortable bed, big tv... The hotel is actually one floor of a bigger building. Looks very nice inside! Breakfast was ok - as for pandemic times.
  : Unfortunately it was a little bit chaotic. I understand, that because of lockdown and pandemic everything works different, but it was quite big problem with information and communication. On the offer on booking I didn't see any information that I should check-in before 18, because after that there will be nobody on the reception. It was information about 9p.m. I think it could be clear. I had no kettle in my room (also no tea and cups, although it's also written in offer), only a cabel from it and there was nobody to ask. I had to "fill" a paper what do I prefer for breakfast (via cell phone), but when I came the next person from staff didn't know about it...

  : Friendly staff! Location is good. Rooms are great but could use an ac or a fan. I was there during the heat (37c) and it was impossible to fall asleep. Other than that, I dont have any complains.

  : The hotel is inside an alley which is not mentioned anywhere. Lift is pathetic. Room doesn't AC remote. One cannot sleep peacefully due to the extremely loud sound of vehicles outside.

  : The room was larger than expected, with a lovely big private bathroom and shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and, surprisingly had two separate duvets (one for each) so we did not have to fight over the duvet :-) Everything in the room functioned perfectly. We wanted to be near family, and the hostel was directly across the road from where our family lived, and it was extremely close to all transport methods the U-bahn/S-Bahn, frequent buses, as well as at least three very good medium-sized supermarkets to pick up the odd provision, snack or drinks. Quite central for doing the touristy things, although as my husband is a Berliner and this is not our first time in Berlin, we don't usually do tourist things, but it is important to know that Hostel Vita and the adjoining Hotel Vita are centrally situated. The breakfasts were outstanding, with fresh fruit each day, yoghurt, breads, jams, cheeses, cold meats and bacon/sausage/scrambled or boiled eggs. Good TV viewing with a few English News Channels.
  : Initially, we discovered that according to the description given on the Booking.com site, we were not provided with the facilities such as a bar fridge, air-conditioning in the room nor a city view, but the management Frau Wirtz and Herr Guenther went out of their way to compensate by giving us a free breakfast for each day that we stayed there. This was truly exceptional service, and much appreciated.
