  : I would like to file a complaint and report the property. I arrived at the property and got a mixed dorm which didn't follow proper male to female ratio. I was given a place in a 8 bed mixed dorm where 7 of them were male and i was the only female. I have travelled really long distance to be in Berlin by night, but i was disappointed by the room i was given because i felt unsafe and i felt there was a lack of privacy. I even paid the whole amount but i had to check out of the hotel within 2 hours because i felt unsafe with the room becayse there were guys roaming in underwears which was pretty indecent knowing there was only one girl present in the room. If there were 2 or 3 girls the scenario would be different. I would like to get a refund for the rest of the rest of the days i didnt stay because i only stayed there for 2 hours or so. .i trusted booking.com rating and booked the hotel but i am very disappointed and homeless now..i couldn't sleep there

  : It has a decent location a few minutes walk away from the Metro station.
  : There were men in the womens restroom. The Wifi was laughable, and the pillow was literally towels wrapped in a pillowcase. When I told the reception of my issues, they gaslight me and I only got a night of my reservation back as a refund
