  : This is a private flat, not a hotel, as such there are sensitivities to neighbours etc that you don't have to care about in a hotel - and in a hotel there is food and drink....

  : Very nice and quiet apartment, perfect central location nearby nice cafes and parks. We absolutely love the area. The apartment is well equipped, you will find anything you need in the kitchen during a short city break. It is nicely designed to maximise space use, convenient for travelling with babies. Street parking is always easy to find in the nearby streets.
  : It would be great if the apartment was a little better cleaned.

  : Location was amazing. Apartment was in a great setting and had everything we needed. Lady who met us was very nice and gave us a number to call with any issues which made us feel safe and comfortable.
  : Bed was two mattresses together and some small things around the flat could do with some TLC/DIY but really nice stay. Can't really complain too much but for money it could have been finished with some more attention.

  : The apt is in a nice and quiet area in Mitte , close to Schniewiertel. Easily accessible by car and connected by public trasport. It is in a block of flats with internal garden, 1st floor, with small balcony. Kitchen well appointed with dishwasher and wide bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sofa bed is comfy and we enjoy our stay for 3 nights as a family of 3, even if it was not so cheap.
  : The girl appointed by the manager was confused and delated our check in. Also did not reply promptly to a message for an emergency, but luckily the problem was solved quickly by flat admin. Parking on the street is not cheap (3euros x h with no possibility of a day fare), but a Conti garage, more convenient (16 euros x day) is about 15 walk from the apt. There is no space for storage your clothes in the bedroom and the only wardrobe in the hall is locked. Some cleaning products should be left available for guest to use, we further noticed the sink was not properly cleaned. Quite dark if you arrive late at night as the entrance door has no lights outside.

  : Great location, bright apartment, elevator in building, quiet courtyard, coffee machine and tea selection available. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. Property felt safe.
  : Its clean but there were some older stains in the couch and it Feels a little outdated & has a lot of wear and tear.

  : Location is superb. Terrace had nice view. Neighbors were kind.
  : Mr Eddy waited me, my wife and my 6m old baby in the apartment. Welcome was strange. Eddy smelled of alcohol and was somewhat incoherent. It took him more than 20min to explain there is no electricity in the toilet. I've asked for another apartment. Eddy said it's not available. He offered 25% discount, only after we leave great review and mark 10 on Booking. As this conversation became odd and long and baby started to get hungry, me and wife decide we can live for few days without the lights in the bathroom and accept.We've asked originally for baby crib, and we never got one. Upon arrival, we've asked for the second pair of keys. We never got the keys.On third day of our stay, on Friday, we wake up to realize there is no hot water in the entire apartment. We report this to Eddy at 10AM. We exchange few messages here and there. They are trying to understand how to fix. Around 4PM Eddy says Anastasija will come within an hour, and nothing happens by 5PM.As our host is completely unreliable, we decide to make another booking and leave. While we pack, Anastasija comes to our door around 5:50PM,with another man, electrician. She tells hot water is an issue in the entire building, and they don't know when it will be fixed. I say we're packing to leave, and she and electrician can wait in front of the apartment for 30min, and then we can check out and they can fix electricity. Only then Anastasija offers another apartment, but I refuse. Eddy calls me then to say we cannot leave. This is now super strange, and remembering he said he lives close by, I get nervous, and I say police will assist us if needed. He says he will call the police because we're behaving badly. With this I get very nervous and actually call the police. We've left the apartment without issues. I've asked for partial refund for first days without electricity and full refund for remaining days. Ask for full refund was denied and we lost money.
