  : Location was very good: restaurants, cafes and food shop near. Quiet and clean neigbourhood. Good public transportation connections. Next to Charlottenbourg castle and river Spree. Apartment was very quiet, well equipped and clean.
  : Another bedroom did not have the kind of curtains to make room dark for sleeping. I would strongly recommend using key locker for key exchange. Now owner came to spot. You had to give quite exact time of arrival, there was penalty fee for being late and extra fee when arriving late in the evening. Giving arrival time exactly to owner is quite difficult when you fly and in big city you don't know how long it takes to get from airport to location.

  : The apartment is small but comfortable. It has all the appliances that you could need for a weekend stay, and cleaning equipment at hand should something happen and you need do a quick clean. The appartment is in a quiet side street with restaurants comfortably around the corner. It is very close to publick transportation and this makes getting around easy. The appertment is also close to the river where you can get a sightseeing boat.
  : The only things we did not like at the appartment was that the curtains was very difficult to open and close as it is very high up, and the living room curtain was already coming loose when we got there. Maybe a curtain stick would be a great idea to make opening, and closing the curtains easier. The bathroom mat had a very bad smell, even after washing it in the washing machine it did not improve.

  : Great location in a lovely area of Berlin. Good facilities
  : A ground floor flat, which has limited natural daylight. Could do with a bit of additional dusting/cleaning in places The twin bedroom has a large window which overlooks an area where bikes are stored, staff have a smoking break etc. However the curtains are not fitted correctly and do not close correctly. This impacts privacy and sleeping.

  : The kettle was not properly maintained. the water were cloudy after boiled, even we washed it so many time. Other pots were not clean neither.

  : Location was excellent. Lovely area with plenty of cafs, restaurants, and close to transport links.
  : Towels smelled damp and were crusty. They were replaced the next day. Curtain was hanging off, this wasn't fixed. Flat was dark even with all of the lights on, with no natural airflow. Apartment generally not very clean. Shower was powerful but flooded the bathroom as the drain seemed to get blocked easily. Broken light in bedroom was not taken away or replaced.

  : The place was in a great location. Quick walk to the U-bahn, Charlottenburg, a grocery store, and the river was also close. There were two bedrooms and a full kitchen, with dishwasher and all the plates, cups, pots, and pans that you could need. There was also a fan, which helped because there's no air conditioning or windows that open.
  : We were there in summer, and the place was damp the entire time. Our laundry did not dry fully when we hung it up (washer, but no dryer), and the worst was that the beds were damp every night. You'd lay down and your body would be a little damp. The shower was big, but the water would flow onto the regular floor in the bathroom. There was a giant squeegee there, so this is a known problem. Also the temperature control for the shower was very sensitive. One little accidental bump to the handle and the water was scalding hot. Not very safe. The one other thing to note is that the place has a giant step to get in and out.

  : The property looked similar to the photos and was well-located in being close to the train station. The staff were flexible on check-in time and arrived promptly.
  : It came to our attention that the toilet was blocked shortly after arrival which was extremely disgusting and made it uncomfortable to use the room. The shower overflows into the rest of the bathroom despite best efforts to contain the water. We notified our check in host immediately of the toilet blockage who assured us it would be dealt with but unfortunately it was not addressed during our stay at all. I was told by the manager after following up several times with the check-in host that we should have called, which was a disappointing response. Extremely loud works were taking place outside the property which began very early in the morning and made it very difficult to sleep comfortably.
