  : Location was great. 2 Subway lines nearby. Lots of cafes, bakeries etc within walking distance. The room was nice and bright - lots of windows. Bathroom was clean and updated. The apartment was nice.
  : There was someone at the gate during office hours, but other than that, not a lot of support staff. One of the windows had no dark curtain, lot of light came in at night and at dawn, disturbing sleep.

  : , good location, we had 2 rooms suite and duplex the suite was ok,
  : 1. We asked for the duplex, main problem is that you cannot darken the windows. if you will awake up too early due to the light, avoid this type of room 2. We asked on Friday to change room ( we asked to move to a cheaper room) , we saw that there is an available room for Sunday. we communicated via whatsapp, first they ignored, then I insisted and on Saturday they say we will change on Sunday, on Sunday, after we packed and we ask what to do, they told us the room is not available and we will move only on Monday. On Monday we move to a different duplex with the same issue , I admit that they won I didnt have any more energy to write to them again. 3. On Friday we reported that there a problem in the lighting and in the sink of the room, they cam to fix it after 3 days. To sum, other than good location it has very low level of service and a low level of maintenance. If you don't want to waste time on your vacation in a very frustrated dialogue with a customer service that mainly is trying to exhaust you, avoid this place

  : The location is great, right next to Alexanderplatz. We also liked that the building itself seemed safe and clean.
  : The overall experience felt cheap.First of all, the sofa in the kitchen is not for sleeping. It was very uncomfortable and not suitable for several nights.The shower is very old, rusty, and moldy, with bad water pressure.We booked the flat for 4 adults, 3 nights. When we arrived, there wasn't enough towels prepared for 4 people. When we contacted the property, we were told to go to the laundry room and get the towels for ourselves. This is not a problem, but there wasn't any acknowledgement from the property management about them not preparing the flat for the stay of 4 people. There is free wifi in the building, and a smart tv in the room. However, apps like Netflix or youtube are blocked, even through screen mirroring. We were told that we should've brought a laptop and a cableIf we wanted to watch tv. In the kitchen there was only 4 coffee pods and 8 tea bags in total. Please keep in mind, 4 adults for 3 nights. Again, all of the things above are not a huge issue, but all of them together made the place feel cheap. Even though we paid good money for it.

  : Location war perfect! Hackescher Markt is central, with plenty of places to eat and shop. Very comfortable apartment. Instructions for access were easy and clear.
