  : amazing food and amazing location one of my favorite spots in Berlin. the indigenous jungle art on the walls and jungle plants everywhere. the furniture the lamps the esthetique and the beauty of these 2 hotels are quite frankly my favorite in Berlin. the courtyards with fish and greenhouses full of plants and amazing furniture from Indonesia. It is the reason I chose this hotel to be surrounded by beauty and nature.
  : bad communication misleading from the start on booking.com the photos were not representative of what I booked. instead of being in a lovely courtyard, I was in the trash courtyard. all the windows were left open, I arrived late because of meetings and the apartment was freezing the heaters didn't work and all the sinks were not properly flushing. I spoke to the manager kindly and understood it was bad communication and not their fault and said I'd be back later to not go into the apartment when I was gone, and they did anyway to me this is a breach of confidence and security, and the reason I spent a lot of money to have an apartment with a full kitchen, etc and a key that I can lock and choose who comes in an out. When I was angry about this and asked the manager to contact me and that I'd be happy to receive compensation for all of the above they became unfriendly and distant and I have not heard from them since. I bumped into other guests of their "sister" hotel next door who had similar experiences, it was i have to say during the Berlin marathon so hotels were super busy, but this doesn't excuse this kind of level of hospitality that initially stems from the practice of hotels sharing photos on booking.com that are not representative of the actual room or apartment you are booking!!!

  : The apartment was good and spacious but we didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel, moore like in a rented apartment. We met no staff and saw no reception. The courtyard was so lovely and the location is very good!

  : 2 big rooms for a family, each with a comfortable king size bed and a sofa. The main room also had a kitchenette with fridge/kettle/2 ring hob, and a table and chairs, with plenty of plates/cups/glasses etc. the hotel was next to a supermarket and close to a bakery.
