  : It was really close to central train station. Breakfast ist absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable and clean. In general the room was clean.
  : It was already at 8:30 loud, because walls are thin. You can really hear what people speaking about in the next room. We were already awake, thats why it wasnt a problem.

  : Beds comfy. Bathroom was clean.
  : We arrived at 12am at night and we were given sheets and duvet covers to go and make our own bed in the dorm. We then discovered we were missing a duvet and pillow when we got into the dorm room. It felt very lazy, didnt feel as though I was paying for much, so I would say its not good value for money. We were not provided with towels either.Also the position of the two single beds pushed together as a double bed in the middle of the room felt a bit awkward - we felt very exposed, like everyone could see us sleeping. No privacy, no curtains.

  : Cool vibe, easy self-service check in and payment. Nice bar area or sitting area at the entrance. Very warm inside during a very cold winter, even near the front door. It was icy and I could wear a dress in the lobby without being cold! Great stuff
  : The toilet was used before I came in, quite obviously due to the smell and stains in toilet bowl..... gross. Also the staff were friendly for the most part, however, our first day, I went to have a shower, only to discover there was no soap or shampoo or conditioner, it was empty. I got out of the shower, dried off, got dressed again and went downstairs to ask for me. She said she had to get the cleaning staff to bring it and it would be ten minutes. I waited about 2 hours, this was late at night too. My partner was also waiting for a shower. I went down again and asked again. They were reluctant to help me and said don't worry we'll sort it out. I said I'd wait at reception. I'd waited a long while in my pyjamas until finally prompting them again and someone went to the storage room straight away and grabbed it out for me. Couldn't they have done that in the first place? Instead of me waiting around for hours to finish my shower.

  : Payment at the check-in kiosk didn't work and had to make a long line to check in and write everything again from scratch.Staff not the most friendly; it's a busy hostel.
