  : Breakfast okay and very busy. Staff had difficulties keeping up buffet was medium size and enough choices for everyone. If outdoor terrace would be promoted more this location will be a must see!
  : Could as hotelguests not get a table for dinner anymore; a pity after a 7 hour car drive. Staff offered a good alternative in the bar lounge area

  : The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and definitely helpful when you ask for something, and I feel badly the hotel system fails them.
  : There were several problems with our stay starting with the arrival and the bike storage. This hotel is located on several well-known bike tours and is very convenient, so bike storage is essential. To its credit the storage location is reasonably sized, but it is far away from the main entrance and the original design never considered E-Bikes. We have normal bikes and are not at all fans of the E-Bike fad, however, there should be room for all guest bikes and there wasnt even close to enough space. The photo below is only half the bikes at 6pm on a Saturday. The racks are not wide enough for the huge handlebar width of many E-Bikes and MTBs. The storage space has a pronounced grade and most of the bikes are precariously leaning.Dinner outside in the Biergarten seemed a great idea particularly with Coronavirus restrictions, but it was anything but romantic and pleasant. I think the space is just not setup for evening dining and if indoor dining wasnt so problematic then maybe it would be a different situation because the dining rooms looked lovely. The outdoor space is really dark and you could see people using their mobile phone torches to read the menu. The tables are shabby and stained. We had to ask for a tablecloth, a candle, and silverware in separate requests because we thought the setup was just going to come, but it never did. And, this wasnt about a harried waitstaff whos having a bad night, all the tables were variously setup and decorated. We waited 20 minutes for a beer and an a wine. Half our food was good, even though my burger was tasty, the cook didnt strain the coleslaw and the entire plate was a dripping watery mess. Food was not served together. Instead of having a calming end to our 4 day trip, we were aggravated the entire meal.Breakfast in the morning was terrible.
