  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic in the middle of Baden-Baden with all important places at walking distance. The bed is very comfortable as well. Definitely, good value for the price.
  : Our room smelled of smoke especially in the kitchen. I would rate the place much higher if it were a non-smoking room. The breakfast is a bit monotonous.

  : I was fortunate enough to get upgraded to a suite, room 81, which overlooked the most Christmas-y little square! The location could not be beat, right in the center of the town with easy access to walk everywhere. Room was very comfortable and clean. Blackout curtains helped keep out the light from the street at night. Would definitely stay here again!
  : Check in was in the restaurant and the restaurant staff were unable to answer a few questions I had about what to see or how to get to the airport the next day. It wasnt the end of the world and something I know is hard to accommodate when you dont have a specific reception desk. There is a tourist office nearby as an alternative.
