  : I stayed Dolce by Wyndham Bad Nauheim for only 2 days - during a conference. I'd highly recommend the place both for leisure and work, it is located in the middle of woods and you can see different tones of greens when you sit in your balcony. Staff were so kind, when I realized that I forgot my jacket in conference room after I left the facility, they helped me to ship it to Frankfurt. I didn't get breakfast so don't have any comment to share but this hotel seems to me as one of the best alternative in the area.
  : If your room is close to the kitchen, you might suffer from bad smell and need to keep your balcony door closed during all hours of the day.

  : Staff was very kind and helpful, room was really spacious and comfortable.
  : For a 4 star hotel would be nice to have air conditioning or at least a fan for the hot summer days. Otherwise everything was good. For one of my two days stay, the breakfast was not 4 star like (on quality) but plenty of food. The second day everything was perfect.

  : Location is close to the Kurpark and the pedestrian shopping zone, but you have to walk through the conference facilities to get there, so not friendly for anyone who might have issues walking. Some rooms are renovated. We did not have hotel's breakfast, which is not usually included in the room price; ate at cafes in the city instead. Like that there is parking at the hotel, but it does cost extra and is not guaranteed since it is also public parking for events and for the hotel's conferences.
  : Stayed three nights. Upon arrival first night (during heat wave) inquired if our rooms had A/C. Was told yes. Rooms did not have A/C. Hotel was booked full with a conference, they were not able to give us rooms with A/C, but did provide small fans (think 10" diameter, plastic, noisy) which did not provide relief. One room had no refrigerator (same category). Was told that was normal that some have some don't, even though our room's printed list of amenities showed refrigerator. Wanted to take a bath until I saw that the back half of the bathtub had mold in several locations - black mold, loose grout, pink slime in the corners. Told hotel it was unacceptable; they offered to "graciously" move us to new rooms the next night, which were renovated and would have A/C. I think they mentioned a couple of times how they were moving us to upgraded rooms, as if they were doing us a favor. No mold is the very least we should expect.Rooms the next nights were same size but had carpeted floors instead of vinyl and renovated bathrooms, and a balcony to the parking lot. Bathrooms were clean, but shower designer did not consider that a guest might have their own products (no chance to place it anywhere except on the floor, only product provided is a combination shampoo/bath gel, so bring your own conditioner and moisturizer). Floor of the shower is new, but slippery. Lighting not as flattering as in other hotels we stayed out during our trip. Safe battery was empty. A/C was a portable unit, not a mini-split, that was about as loud as a jet engine. Thought it was normal, but apparently it was on its last leg and died the first night. Told staff about it but they said no one was there that could fix it.It appears management is aware of these problems, but isn't taking action. Their bread and butter are corporate conferences, so I guess quality and attention to detail for regular tourists isn't high on the priority list.
