  : We were scared and shocked when we left the hotel after check out. We had a few very disappointed experiences during our week end, especially at the restaurant which was an absolute shame. We complained during our stay but received no signs of understanding , nothing from the hotel was done to fix our issues. At check out, we were charged on top of our stay 8 euros for music at dinner, 45 euros for energy costs, and zero compensation for our horrible dinner ( which we complained from the fist day). We said that it is illegal to charge extra costs on top of the reservation made on Booking .com. The owner came very loud and rude that we must pay our fish (even if it was raw, bad quality and 1h30 waiting) and we must pay the extra charges. Then his wife came screaming at us because we drink the FREE minibar during the weekend, and she wanted to open our luggage to see if we did not take the empty bottles (which we gave to the cleaners). They called 8 people of their staff to go around us at the reception to make pressure on us to pay all, we were scared and in panic. We paid all and left. We immediately contacted Booking.com for help, they refund us the extra costs, and ensure us it is not allowed to do so. The hotel lied to Booking .com, when they called them, they said that we had an upgrade, which is absolutely a lie, we have pictures of our room which are identical as we reserved. The hotel was uncapable of taking a little complain, they defend. they are only focus on money not on the hospitality. They do not act at all like in a 5 stars hotel. We felt so bad, we did not know that we could experience such a scary behavior in an hotel. On top of that, our bed was very uncomfortable. The bar at the hotel was closed. The prices for food and drinks are very very expensive. Communication with management is impossible. The staff at the restaurant is unexperienced and missing training. Unfriendly personal. We came for our wedding anniversary, nothing was done for us.
