: We stayed at Kurbad und Landhaus Siass for one night and were satisfied with our choice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; breakfast, which we were asked to order the previous day, was ample and varied; the wifi worked well; and free parking was available. Bad Kohlbrub affords good access to the Garmisch / Oberammergau area.

: An unexpectedly spacious holiday apartment with a lovely balcony.
: Rubbish disposal instructions were very complicated and should be translated into English.

: This was a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. The kitchen was perfect for us and we enjoyed the fact that we could eat dinner on a small table out on a balcony. There were nice walks in the area and the location was good for our drives to Linderhof, Oberammergau, Ettal Abbey, etc. The host was kind and accommodating. We would like to stay here again if the chance arises.
: We had trouble sleeping one of the nights we were there because of several mosquitoes that got into the bedroom and kept buzzing around our ears as we tried to sleep. By the morning we had killed at least four. After that night we kept the bedroom door shut, which made it a bit hot in the room. I'm not sure what can be done to prevent mosquitoes in this region. There is quite a bit of water in the area, and it may be unavoidable, but if anything can be done, it would be greatly appreciated. We are from Hawaii where we use mosquito coils (katori senko), imported from Japan." These should be used with care but they are very effective. If these are unavailable in Germany, perhaps another means to stop mosquitoes exists? (We've been told vanilla scent works?)

  : Cleaning , Nice breakfast
: stadione didint Spark English good. There is no taxi service in little town, so was very difficult to find the place. I suggest to come pick a guest at train station, especially guest travel not from Germany.

Very Good

: Great value apartment (we stayed in nr. 1). The host was friendly and flexible. Nice terrace to enjoy meals outside in the garden. It's a peaceful environment. To our surprise, we received 'Knigskarte' included with our stay, that granted us free access to a lot of local activities (cable cars, mini golf, bike rental, access to cool places, zipline, etc). This was a fantastic added value.
: The apartment was a little small and perhaps a bit less (or smaller) furniture would give us more space for our luggage and to move around.

: The room was a very good value. Katharina and Max, the hosts of this family-run property, were friendly and helpful during my stay. They kindly informed me of events affecting local travel which helped me adjust my plans while in the area. The property is conveniently located by the main road through town.

: No Breakfast with Holiday Apartments. Husband & Wife team were very friendly and provided valuable information. Room to move around and for luggage in the apartment is sufficient.
: The apartment has no Airconditioning, hence gets a bit stuffy and hot. The corridor is quite stuffy possibly due to an aged carpet runner or old furniture. Car Parking is at some distance away but free of charge. Arriving by car in the courtyard is tight due to very narrow lane ways. Overall it is an expensive area for accommodation in the holiday season.

: Very nice owner and location is good
: Late check in(after 8pm) not possible. Also i found that price is little high for 1 room apartment
