  : The hotel is a wonderful conversion of an old railway station. The bar/resturant area is beautifully decorated with railway themed stained glass. The food in the evening was delicious (though the menu was a little limited) and they were able to get us a table even though we arrived late (just before last orders due to traffic on the autobahn). Breakfast in the morning was good as well and we felt set up for the day. The hotel is close to woodland and the park that surrounds the spar and we had a pleasant walk the next morning before getting back into our car. We chose the hotel because it is very convenient for the autobahn when traveling from Germany into the Netherlands and we strongly recommend it on that basis.
  : We booked a double room and a single but both rooms had been made up for only one guest. This meant we had to improvise a pillow in the double room and share towels. Slightly disappointing - Because we'd arrived late and had to eat before the kitchen closed we didn't realise the problem until after the staff had gone home so there was nothing we could do about it.

  : Very friendly, helpful staff. Interesting conversion of a railway station. We stayed one night while cycle touring and the hotel had an excellent locked garage to store the bikes in.
