  : I was surprised with 2 roomed big number, with separate terasse from the room, with fridge, electrical teapot. The apartment owner speaks English very good. Customer focused attitude!
  : The breakfast could be more varied. And I would like to have opportunity to use kitchen in the evening to prepare meals, because in room was refrigerator, but was not possible to cut vegetables and heat food.

  : Bathtub, it was not possible to take shower standing. In photos I saw some bathrooms with shower, so avoid room with bathtub on the upper floor.

  : What I liked the most about this property was the amazing breakfast and the very friendly lady who was serving.
  : I must admit that my overall experience at this property was disappointing, and the primary reason for my dissatisfaction was the conduct of the owner, Vladimir. This led me to rate the property quite low. Initially, Vladimir had confirmed the charge for bringing our small Chihuahua dog with us. However, upon check-in, he charged us as if our Chihuahua were the largest dog imaginable, even though the dog was right in front of him at the reception. I have since resolved this issue and received a refund. Furthermore, Vladimir also began charging us for extra beds, all while shifting the blame onto booking.com. This explanation is not accurate because it was the owner himself who charged us the extra fees. He vehemently refused to refund the money and left the problem to be handled by both me and booking.com, a third-party platform. I do have documents that confirm I paid the correct rate for the number of people in my booking. It's simply not possible to book a 5-person suite for just 1 person. We were supposed to pay extra city tax, not additional beds, as these charges were already included in the specified room rate. It has been a month, and I am still trying to recover the overpayment from booking.com. Their response time has been disappointingly slow, and I had to involve my bank to help resolve the issue.

  : The whole building was very clean and modern. The Breakfast was tasty, but I would recommend go a little earlier so you don't have to wait for the table.
  : Only downside were the ceilings. We were in attic and especially in bathroom it was really low.
