  : I got lucky with big room and a nice view.Clean.
  : Hotel was fine but it closer resembled 3 star hotel than 4 star.Couple small things like: no fridge and no kettle in each room, door lock was jamming every time I tried to open it.Overall hotel looked a bit outdated

  : Really liked our room. Had plenty of space for 3 of us. Beds were quite comfortable. The decor was very attractive. The wardrobe shelving unit were really good. The fridge was quiet. Bathroom was good and had a great shower. Dining/breakfast room was nicely decorated and pleasant.
  : When it rained it collected on the roof and then dropped down onto the metal roof outside our window and was loud so kept us awake.The wellness area needs some updating. The sauna, kneipp bath and whirlpool were all not working. The receptionist at the wellness was not friendly or welcoming.Breakfast was basic but ok however, 2 out of the 4 mornings the second heating unit was not being used. The juices were extremely watered down.

  : There wasnt a bar open until 9pm which is late for a family and not good for apres ski. Reception closed at 8pm so you couldnt use the pool table after that.

  : The room was nice, clean and big. There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Also a very nice restaurant with tasty food. Around the hotel many ski lifts, stores and restaurants.
  : The hotel is located on the hill, the road was bit icy - we received information regarding preparing snow chain. The pool was a bit cold.

  : The staff was really helpful and friendly. Location is great from skiing point of view and located just between chair lifts.

  : The restaurant was the best thing in the whole hotel. Kind and helpful staff, a very good chief. The room was spacious. The location and the view from the terrace were fantastic.
  : Breakfast coffee was a disaster. The cleaning service did not exist basically. Not making the beds, not cleaning the glasses so, one had neither a glass to drink something from it nor any detergent to make it clean himself. The person at the reception was totally confused, mostly not responding clearly to any question. Luckily, the other lady coming for the other days was kind and clear in communication. Charging CZK50 for slippers and CZK50 for a robe is unusual in a wellness hotel. These are usually at one's disposal in each hotel room for free. Also, if the reception states that slippers and robe are for CZK50 then one comprehends that both, not CZK50 each. Getting a drink in the wellness bar in a can without any glass is awful. One can get lethal leptospirosis. Not providing a glass at the pool did not have any safety reason as customers drinking sparkling wine got glasses. At least a plastic cup should be provided. The room had neither minibar nor a fridge. The biggest disaster is the night music bar. Customers pay the hotel owner during days for basically a single service - overnight sleeping. And the same hotel owner accepts money from other people at nights to do all their best against the first service provided to those who paid for sleeping. Insane. The reception is open only 12hours a day, which is insufficient.
