  : Lucie is amazing! She helped us a lot during our stay, she was always available - be it day or night. The place is in a really nice location, at the centre of Prague. It's at one of the best locations right at the heart of Prague. All of the major tourist spots are nearby. The tram/ bus station is within walking distance.
  : Most of the staff has a language barrier. It affects some of the basics, like cleaning the room. But if you talk to Lucie, it will be taken care of. Also, the property is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but it doesn't get followed.

  : Very special location just few meters from the Castle. Many local shops outside on the street. Charles Bridge and City Center just 15 + 20 minutes walk, practically no need for public transport. Appreciated very old building.
  : Building is up to the hill, make sure you are OK to take some walk. If you want to use Metro, it is in the distance (about 20 minutes walk) while Trams are within distance (5-10 minutes walk).

  : Nice big sunny rooms, with a great view. I really enjoyed our free upgrade from studio to two bedroom apartment. Location is also excellent.
  : More kitchen utensils in the kitchen would have been nice.

  : Location is wonderful, you can walk anywhere. Room was alright, nothing special but ok. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was a little kitchen so I could drink tea whenever I wanted to
  : The windows were facing a inner “garden”, which made me not necessarily want to open them much.The water in the shower was nice most of the time but sometimes there was less and less water running, one time it stopped completely but it came back after a moment.

  : if you want the touristy stuff, especially the castle area, it’s great, and fairly near a good tram interchange and metro. the price was very reasonable considering the location.
  : Possibly only a temporary thing but they are renovating or something and the noise was very intrusive. started at around 7am and went on all morning, drilling and hammering and staff calling back and forth to one another. I went for an event I’d been invited to and intended to spend time doing some work but this proved impossible during the day. Another issue was the lack of power outlets in the bedroom/ main room. Finally found one by moving furniture. The bed was maybe the worst I’ve ever had, like sleeping on bricks. I have a bad back and ended up in pain and unable to sleep most nights. Also be aware that Nerudova is very steep so if you have got mobility issues, it’s maybe not the best (luckily I’m an ex resident of Prague and knew to go up to the castle and walk down instead of the more obvious route of walking up from Malostranske Namesti. And there’s some rooms advertised as having kitchens but mine had only a sink and fridge, nothing to cook on as was suggested by the pictures (although oddly there were pots and pans in the cupboard).
