  : dirty walls, loud fridge, loud ventilation, no air-condition, poor breakfast (almost no vegetables and fruits, poor offer of pastramis and eggs), very crowded surrounding, incompetent staff at the reception. bathroom in a state of the 80s - 90s - really shabby. The room too shabby as well.

  : The beds are comfortable.
  : Many tourist buses arrive at the hotel, it is very difficult to pass when leaving, there are many people because there is no space in the waiting area. Poor breakfast is prepared, little choice. When many tourists breakfast does not allow eating outside. No reason given. There are two elevators, but they are too few to handle the number of tourists and the wait is long. Everywhere in the hotel is very hot, there are no air conditioners anywhere in a 4-star hotel. One breeze in the room. I would never rate this hotel 4 stars. It is close to the center, but you need to travel with transfers. They tell you to pay the money immediately for the entire stay so that you don't have to listen to what the guests don't like.

  : Filthy carpets and walls. Wall paint chipping off. The whole place is long overdue renovation.

  : Bit out dated interiors, staff could be more friendly, to get to city centre you need to take bus and change for underground but ticket is cheap.
