  : Great location. Stayed here before, when I had one of the larger suites on the top floor. Room this time was much smaller.
  : Wi-Fi on first floor not very good. Kept cutting out after 5 minutes. Only one plug socket in my room. This was in the bathroom

  : I dont mind the small room but I do mind that the room wasnt clean. The bed cover was filthy and there was a used soap in the bathroom. There is a musty smell that permeates the air. Also, in that small room was a portable air conditioner that was extremely loud. I know that the hotel is in an old building but my expectations were high because during my previous trip, I stayed at another hotel which was also in an old building. That other hotel ( Residence U Cerneho O) was clean, comfortable, had split type air con and updated bathroom a sharp contrast to this hotel. Never again.

  : It was located, literally overlooking The Charles Bridge - very oldie-worldie; with antique furniture. Close to shops, restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the centre on the other side of the river. The staff were accommodating, particularly when I asked for an extra pillow, some plasters for my blister (we walked miles each day) and the airport taxi to and from the airport was very efficient (especially as our flight in to Prague was delayed).
  : Although the advert said that there was WiFi (we were on the 3rd floor - 57 steps up, with no lift and heavy luggage) - the WiFi did not work. We had to use our data and purchase more, and this became very problematic. The advert also said there was air conditioning - there wasnt - we had to open the windows and the noise from the very busy Charles Bridge from 6 am in the morning until 1 am at night, meant that our sleep was constantly disrupted. Within the bathroom was a very narrow bath with a hand-held shower head which would prove difficult if you are overweight, as it was quite restrictive. There was no toasting facility at breakfast.

  : The staff were welcoming and friendly, the location was perfect the only 'issue' was lack of heating in bedroom, faulty shower and limited vegetarian food choices.
  : More vegetarian options and decafe coffee on coffee machine

  : The location of the hotel is perfect! It is in the center of Prague but it is in a corner that is quiet, allowing a perfect rest. The aesthetics of the hotel fit perfectly with the city of Prague which I loved.The staff is super friendly.Everything was perfectly clean.
  : Although I love the tradition aesthetics of the hotel I believe small upgrades should be done to both the shower and the matresses.
