  : The hotel has an excellent location near Prague’s main station, and the reception staff were friendly and professional. They consistently made eye contact and greeted me with smiles whenever I passed by unless busy with other guests. I didn't request room cleaning but asked for new towels, and the cleaning lady was very nice. The breakfast had a wide selection, and the man in chef uniorm was attentive, frequently checking and replenishing the food. A responsible man!
  : Restaurant Service: One staff member in the restaurant lacked professionalism and needs service manner training. Although he greeted us warmly initially when checking our room number, he became distant afterward. He often collected plates without checking if we were finished, even when we were sitting right there, and there was still food and utensils on the table. Additionally, one time when he patrol around and my friend seemed to stand in his way, he audibly expressed impatience with a “tch” sound, which really blew my mind!! How rude was that!Apart from that, one day around 10:25 AM, before breakfast officially ended at 10:30 AM, he dimmed the restaurant lights abruptly. I believe there would be a proper way to inform the guests the breakfast was about to close, especially there were only like 2-3 tables of guests there. Telling the guests about the closing time or keeping the lights on until breakfast officially ended would have been more considerate.

  : Good location, clean and good sized rooms. The staff were really nice and helpful, nothing was too much of a trouble for them, they were always happy to help and they dealt with everything efficiently. I thought the little touches such as water and pastries on arrival were lovely.

  : We arrived at 11:30 pm.We were given a connecting room with all noise from next door was in our room. We did not reserve a connecting room and hotel did not ask our consent to sleep without any privacy. . We could not sleep due to noise until 2am. The reception did not respond to calls and my husband had to go downstairs to call neighbors to close their TV. Even when they closed the door it bumped our door, and I woke up at 8 am due to this noise and cleaning ladies talking. The next day they accepted to change the room, but we had to wait until 2pm, so we left our bags. In the night we were able to sleep in the new room. In the morning when I was taking shower I ran out of water and my husband could not take a shower. We packed our bags and left the room. When we went to reception they told it is a maintenence and they said they can give us another room to take shower. Which is nonsense, if there is water in the hotel how can you start with an occupied room, and without informing the guests you cut it. The baggage room walls are all with mold. The carpets in the hallways are dirty. This is the worst of worst hotel I have ever stayed. And finally when I was looking into booking com if there are any free rooms for our second night the room price was significantly lower than what we paid but we pay hotel to sleep and to have shower we could not get any of them.

  : Just 100 mts away from the central station which was very convenient. Also, very close to main spots in the city. Raul was very friendly and we were able to check in by 11am. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for everyone. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful.
  : The AC not worked well. During the day it worked but at night was if it was turned off. We needed to call reception and they did something as it worked again. It was odd. In addition, when we were checking out, they asked if we consumed something from the mini bar. We did not. They helped with the luggage for some hours. When we were leaving the bags, Dimitri realized I had a bottle of water in my hand that was the same brand from minibar. I did not know as I bought it from a random market. He asked again about consuming from minibar. I confirmed that I bought it outside. He was rude and suspicious about us. I know it is his work and needs to confirm, but it was simply not the way. When we returned, I asked him if they checked the minibar. He confirmed that they did and “everything was OK”. However, no apology was given.

  : The location is next to the train station, so ideal when travelling by train. The rooms are basic, but clean. Location is excellent and within walking distance to the main center. Sometimes a bit noisy.
  : Rooms can be noisy. There were people coming in at 3 am and making lots of noise
