  : The vibe of the hotel was nice, the room had big windows and nice furniture, also the building is beautiful and I liked the fact that it had a bathtub.
  : The worst thing is the location! It was my first time in Prague and I was told to find a hotel in Prague 1, which I wouldnt do anymore, but I guess its a question of your own preference. But even if you want to live in Prague 1 you dont want to live on this street! It is so busy and dirty and loud and honestly feels not safe. I was told by locals that this street is also where the drug dealers do their business and it honestly looked that way. And just on the other side from this hotel there is some club, which had loud music the whole night and such a strong light that ift even went through the curtains. Luckily it was cold so I slept with closed windows and earplugs, but you def dont want to be there in summer. Another weird thing was the reception. They didnt want to just withdraw the money that were booked by booking.com, but insisted that I pay there and they really wanted it to be in cash. They also calculated the tourist night fee extra, even though booking said it was already included. Also, even though the interior is nice, it is very very old and some things are falling apart. It honestly seems like no one is taking care of the building anymore. And at the last day of my stay the electricity was gone in the whole building and it was super unhandy to pack. So yeah, I didnt like it there and wouldnt stay there anymore, even though I loved Prague.

  : Excellent location only.
  : Old building renovated for hotel. Very noisy place, all night long from the street. No contact with room service except the phone, no one was cleaning between days, room was very narrow, not much place in wardrobe, small table, poor TV programmes.

  : Location is perfect and easy to reach with a short walk from the main train station.
  : Due to the central location it was a bit louder during the weekend nights outside of the hotel.

  : Good location
  : Woke me up in the early morning and entered the room without permission, disregarding my privacy. Never said when was check out time but since morning to 11 AM kept coming in. Also was very hard to find the entrance of the hotel as the reception is in another different place and the entrance itself has no staff.

  : The hotel is located in between the train station and the city center so it's a good place to move around. The people at the reception were friendly and helpful. We also arrived earlier than check in time but since our room was ready they gave us the keys immediately at no extra cost.
  : Though the room was overall nice, it needed some serious maintenance, especially in the bathroom where the sink was leaking. A light was not working and a curtain was broken. They are just details but the impression is that the facility is somewhat neglected. If you're a light sleeper you could also be bothered by the noise outside since the room is directly on the main square.

  : The receptionist was very friendly, gave us a very good tip to a restaurant nearby. The location was amazing. We got a room with a balcony and an awesome view. The sound proof widows were perfect and the bathroom had a heater under the floor which made my showers more comfy
  : The coffee machine capsules were only provided one night of our stay (we stayed 4 nights). The day after I call reception for more capsules and they first said they were going to provide then they provided coffee powder which is not what the machines uses and last they never calls us back to say that we had no coffee machine in our room which was ridiculous as there was one. The reception of the hotel is in another building which doesnt make one feels like entering in a hotel.

  : Central location
  : Size and shape of the room, it was a long and narrow sleeve less than 2m wide, so uncomfortable that you can bearely move the luggage between the bed and the desk. However the price was almost identical to 2-bed room that was much larger. The location in central, however it comes along with noise and drunk shouts for the whole night. There is no reception in the hotel and you need to go to adjacent hotel for it. There is no lobby in the hotel. The breakfast value for money is poor.
