  : facilities, aka pool, billiard table, Ping-Pong table etc. were great staff was friendly and the area of the hotel was beautiful and nice to stay at
  : wifi was extremely problematic, it would not work in the room and only worked outside of it. after repeated requests for help from the staff which were all useless I found an Ethernet outlet, asked for a cable (which luckily my laptop could use) and then opened a hotspot from my laptop using the cable internet.

  : So many things wrong. You can hear your neighbors a lot, very disturbing. Receptionist wasnt able to answer basic questions about facilities and dinner. Then when you finally somehow book a dinner and ask what will be cooked, you get another I dont know, so then you get surprise of the evening, had to come at 18.00, like why th so early? And it was overpriced, 149 chicken steak and 80 for stupid fries? Are you for real? Stayed for 3 nights and no one bothered to show up to clean a bit. Weird vibe overall.

  : large hotel in a beautiful location. rooms with balconies and amazing view on the lake.
  : I'm not a particularly picky customer. cleanliness, comfort of the bed, price quality in general, the opportunity to EAT are always important to me. my family and I were on the road for about 5 days. were very tired. wanted just to buy eat and go to bed. Receptionist said the restaurant was open. we went in, there were a lot of people, and a buffet. we found a free table and went to get plates. suddenly a waitress ran up to us, one then the second, and a wild cry began to shout who you are, this is not your food. etcit was 7.30 pm. we were in the forest far from civilization. when we were choosing for hotel, I chose a working restaurant. and we paid as much as these people. THE SAME PRICE. nobody shouted on them. after much argument and rudeness, we were offered fries with chicken and mayonnaise without a choice. I fed my two-year-old child with garlic mayonnaise. and we left. But I will never return to this hotel.
