: New, modern, clean house, the room was just large enough. The nature, the tourist tracks around are beautiful. Also the brewery next door was very good. "Pravcicka brana", which is not too far from there, is a must see.
: The center of Krasna Lipa, the main square and close surroundings, where the property is, was nice. But just a few streets further... just terrible. Also the TV was not working, but that's ok, we did not go there to watch TV ;-).

Very Good

: Clean, fairly big room, well-insulated, quite at night.

Wonderful

  : Location, stuff
: The bed (it wasn't really for couples and the mattress was of bad quality)

Poor
Traveller Type:
: Centrally located, new building, easy access. Except for the absolutely horrible beds and arguing about the compensation with the property staff, we might have liked the stay.
: We stayed 1 night (3 guests) in room #3. Right after I sat on the bed, the bed slats holding the mattress fell through the bed frame on both sides, so we had to sleep on the floor (see my pic). Since this happened at 8 pm no one answered the cell phone to fix the issue. The next morning as I complained at the reception desk, the property first offered only a 300 CZK compensation (-19%), which we didn't accept for sleeping on the floor. After arguing, the property offered 1,000 CZK compensation (-64%). What is more important, from the conversation with the property it was clear that this didn't happen for the first time and it has been happening in at least two rooms. So be careful when booking with this property.
