  : Basically, the personally was friendly and kind of helpful as long as helping is easy (more to this under the negative aspects). The hotel is clean, well located, the breakfast is adequate so, overall it is a recommendation. Bikes can be locked in the garage. Price-Benefit trade off is very good! The city itself is worth visiting.
  : Well, there was one problem, which I do not take as solved adequately to a 4* Hotel. I was arriving quite late, 20:15. I asked at the reception, if I can take a shower and then go to the Hotel Restaurant. He told me, that this is perfectly fine, the kitchen will be open until 21:00. OK! I could have ordered and come later, I could have talked to the restaurant personnel but I relied on the receptionists judgement. Later, I arrived at the restaurant at 20:50, was ignored by the personnel (especially by the young girl), then the waiter approached my table at 1 minute to 9 .., sorry, kitchen closed! This is a no go! In the following there were more discussions on what not can be done I am only a waiter, I am only the receptionist a sorry and standing to the own mistakes is not enough in this course and also not recommending me to go to a Kebap remember it is a 4* Hotel. Finally I convinced the waiter to talk to the kitchen personnel and see, there was suddenly food possible.I am not complaining to get not food, when I am late. I am complaining about the felt helplessness of a personnel in a 4* Hotel the customer shall be in the middle, not the one asking and recommending treatment. Following I observed the situation outside apparently the other tables for other reasons could also not follow the philiosophy.Bottom line: apologies for a mistake is great, but finding a solution for the customer shall be in the focus!
