  : Beautiful view on the Jesenik Lazne the mountains.
  : Room smelling of dust. The bathroom was stuffy and without good ventilation. Extremely small and cramped cabin, shower leaks and uncomfortable. Only 1 (say: ONE) towel per person. Additional towels paid CZK 50 (this is the cost of the new, cheapest towel in the store). Towels dirty and smelly. The whole average impression was completed by a VERY VERY VERY rude and vulgar service at breakfast. The serving lady was terribly rude, aggressive. An hour until the end of breakfast, and there is practically no food, empty places on the plates. No glasses, plates ... A polite request for glasses caused a serious argument, which was initiated by the terrible service lady. Three minutes past 11 a knock on the door, the same obnoxious woman: "rooms are until 11, get out immediately". We have traveled several dozen countries, rarely these days we find such disgusting and rude staff. Considering the standard of the room and cleanliness, the price is inadequate. Considering the service, the price is a real extortion. It is a scandal to go, pay and be humiliated by the staff. We report the violation of the rules to the Booking company.
