  : Good location near the railway station and the town centre. Beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were both very spacey and not too hot. Staff at reception were very friendly.
  : The walls are thin and we were woken up often by people closing doors on the floor above.

  : As mentioned by other reviewers, the outside looks a bit intimidating but the rooms are all refurbished. We had suite 3-10 and it was super quiet - and very spacious ;-) We both thought the breakfast was very good - there's something there for everyone, though the coffee machine took a bit of figuring out. The lady at reception was accommodating even though she didn't speak any English (& my Czech consists of a few badly-pronounced words!) The location is good - a 10 minute stroll into town. Plenty of parking on site. The reception stocks a few things that people might need, and that's where we also got the tea/coffee etc for the room. The wi-fi was good - we had no problems at all with it. We both agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to return.
  : We felt the room was a little cold despite the heating being on full - it might be to do with the size of it or the fact that that there's no door between the living area and the bedroom. It would be nice to not have to hold the shower head when showering, but that's a minor detail & there was plenty of hot water. I found the pillow hard, but that's my fault as I usually bring my own and forgot it. My husband had no complaints.
