  : Dinner is four courses and excellent and breakfast standard. Rooms and lobby are full of art so its nice to explore the grounds of chateau, it is not a boring hotel. Everything is a bit unusual.
  : Staff friendly but not speaking czech or english, so communication is a bit impaired.

  : The grounds were impeccable and beautiful. The renovation and building itself was also beautiful and offered a nice warm relaxing atmosphere.
  : We had the black and white room and the lighting was very dim as well as for two women, an additional mirror. It was difficult to try and navigate getting ready with the dim lighting. There also could be more table space for toiletries etc. I would also note, and will include this on my Tripadvisor and other reviews: the owners and the managing concierge need to be in sync. We unfortunately received misinformation and were charged extra for offerings. For example, Jamil was doing the best that he could being the only one in charge with the owners offsite. I did not have my booking info and we asked literally 4 times if breakfast was included in the rate. He said yes. Upon checkout, we were charged a very very high rate for breakfast at $15 usd per person. We had a cappuccino and yogurt one morning and a cappuccino and eggs another. The rate is inflated. Jamil called the owners upon check out and the owner went on to say "why should I have to absorb the cost of......" which should never come out of a property owners mouth. He continued to say JamIl doesn't know the bookings. Sir, then either be there to manage the "bookings" or get someone who is knowledgeable about what is or is not included in a room rate in order to service the guest. This really left such a bad taste for the trip and specifically the stay. I was also charged the incorrect wine price. Again, to all others booking, make sure the owners are there. I believe you would have gotten a different experience hearing about the renovation etc whereas we didn't have any info about the property. Be warned, if you want to have dinner on site, the $50 dinner charge without wine, is ridiculously high for Czechia and the surrounding restaurants in Kutna Hora.
