  : Hotel was as expected good location, staff can be hit and miss. Decor is from 1970's it's not old it's just how decor of Hotel is. Rooms were clean air-conditioned was working. SPA area was nice and clean
  : Reception personnel for check-in could have provided bit better service

  : Location was exceptional, Room with lake view was incredible and generally a very quiet area.
  : Check in process was frustrating and long with some issue with printer and staff confusion.There should be a door instead of curtain for bathroom

  : The location, the view and staff at reception and breakfast was super nice. They also have a "hotel cat", which was super cute :)
  : Even though the bathrooms were renovated and looked nice, the rest of the room would be in an urgent need of renovation aswell. There was no room service,we had to pay extra for the lake view, but what they forgot to mention, that just below the rooms is the hotel bar/restaurant, which is open until 2am, so you hear and smell everything, that going below.That is a big minus, which caused that we couldn't sleep and so the overall experience was bit ruined. Unfortunately I don't think, that it was good value for the amount paid.

  : After having booked a room, we read many negative comments about the hotel such as the cleanliness and the staff, so we had many doubts, however, it was not at all what we had read about. We loved the location, in front of the boat port, a few minutes away is the bus stop as well. The staff was very friendly, the room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, and the views from the balcony were also very nice. Clearly, the hotel needs a reform, but our room was clean and nothing was broken.

  : The location is wonderful. The view is like out of a painting. If you have a car its 30 min drive from Luzern. But it's absolutely worth it to escape the city's noises. If you don't have a car you can travel by boat from and to Luzern you just need to calculate the timing because the last boat from Luzern is at 7 pm . But you must always check depending on the day you travel. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities as parking,pool, and spa. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was abundant .
