  : The location was excellent- across the road from the train station
  : Would have liked a refrigerator in the room and a fan as it was extremely hot weather during our stay

  : Location was excellent- right across the road from the station.Breakfast was very good - delicious chocolate croissants.
  : We received a bottle of water and a small Toblerone chocolate on our first night but not on the second night. Also, it would have been good to have a small fridge in the room and a kettle with tea/ coffee.

  : Very efficient comfortable hotel, very clean nice bedding, pleasant staff, no extra charge for dog, fantastic breakfast buffet (cooked breakfast also available). Convenient for the station but only a short walk up to town centre. Restaurant is part of the hotel and both convenient and pretty good value. Also starting point for good walks eg up to Roseg. Free hotel parking.

  : Hotel is located next to the station (hardly any noise though) and a short walk from the village of Pontresina and very close to the starting point of various hikes in the mountains. Good restaurant attached to the hotel with excellent waiters. Breakfast buffet offers good variety and quality of food. Sauna in the basement. One bike hire shop virtually 20 yards from hotel.
  : One female reception staff member was efficient in a mechanical way and not particularly helpful when asked. The male receptionist however was always friendly, with a greeting and more than happy to help with special request.

  : Young Lorenzo at the front desk extremely welcoming and helpful. He helped us bring our luggage up the steps and was extremely courteous. Although the room did not have a kettle he procured one for us.Since we were going to explore the area by train, the location of the hotel was very convenient ( it's literally across the road)The restaurant connected to the hotel serves good food and is open till much later than other eating joints in Pontresina, so even if we returned late from our day trips we were assured a good meal
  : The location does not give you any view as there is the train station on one side and a parking lot as well as a road on the other.The rooms do not have any air-conditioning or fans so on a warm day it does get uncomfortable.The rooms were clean but basic - no kettle or mini barThe bathroom is really tiny. A well built person may find it extremely difficult to fit into the shower cubicle.

  : Location was excellent and despite being directly across from the train station, i was completely undisturbed by any noise coming from the station except for some minor traffic noise. Room was comfortable and breakfast good.
  : No negative issues during my stay.
