  : The room size was really large for a flat in the rsidence Les Cascades. It also has a terrace outside. The access to the bath is not always included in the price but it was for me. The baths are nice with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna/hammam. Breakfast was included but it wasn't that great tbh.
  : The room was a bit noisy, can hear the neighbors. The restaurant is not bad but they could do a bit better with little extra effort. The breakfast was a bit boring.

  : The pool and SPA was really awesome! An amazing view from the pool! It was so exiting! However you CANNOT take the pictures there. They will ask you to leave the pool. If you want to go there dont forget to buy the sleepers somewhere before you arrive. I liked the breakfast there))
  : First of all, no signs where to go when you arrive. It was really confusing to find the reception.The receptionist was so rude until she saw my American ID. The rooms are very old. No lockers in the bathrooms, that was sooo bad as we had the group there in 6-beds room.No shampoo in the bathroom..((

  : The location and the breakfast
  : To be charged extra for the baths, because never happened before and it is very not well indicated on Booking, I don't know if Booking or Hotel Ovronnaz is to blame. I've now lost my trust in Booking as well especially if go far and something like this happen. I'm now really gonna think twice before booking through Booking.com.The first receptionist with a goofy vibe (short glasses brunette) trying just to get rid off us instead of being professional and at least ask to come back later and try to see a manager.The aweful attitude of the manager that talked to me through the phone instaed of face to face, adding to the fact that he was being sarcastic and highly unprofessional.We use to go there on a regular basis. Last Christmas we went there as a family, 2 studios and 6 people. We were thinking of doing the same next Christmas with more my brother's family, we would have been 11. We won't go there and are currently looking for another place.Never again, the quality has gone down, as well as the prestations.The only good point is the people working on the floor at the breakfast, friendly and highly hardworking .

  : Stayed for one night in a cozy warm studio, the sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Our room also had two smaller beds. Water pressure is great. It definitely hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it has its charm. Breakfast buffet was good, and the spa was great. Loved our stay.

  : they don't allow baby strollers at the pools, and I was with a 6-month-old baby. That's why this absurd rule, when I was there, I had to constantly hold her in my arms because there was nowhere to leave her to sleep and I couldn't bathe together with my other children. the stupid thing is that you can't take pictures. My children are swimming and they remark that I'm taking pictures? Is this a barracks or a hotel? This is the first time something like this has happened to me and you really feel like a criminal and punished sitting with a baby in your arms. we paid much more expensive for additional fees that were not mentioned before the stay. I really regret that we chose this hotel!

  : - Big property with friendly staff and great view.- Spa is worth the money, lot of things to use - Friendly staff, we were a big group and we could even provide in advance the menu choices so everything was ready at the time of the meal- charger for electric cars
