  : Fine breakfast and dinner. Delightful antique farmhouse decor. Beautiful location.
  : Staff was spotty. Some fine; some not. Room was too small, and bath was both small and a bit dated. Not great value overall.

  : We were greeted by a smiling upbeat hostess with a welcome drink on the Terrasse with the most gorgeous view of The Valley and the surrounding mountains. They also were very accommodating with minor special requests and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
  : We had our breakfast on the Terrasse every morning because there were just too many flies inside. The owners son was very inattentive bordering indifferent at restaurant service.

  : The hotel is beautiful - almost like staying in a museum. What is awesome is that you can use the spa of the sister hotel opposite. A very quaint hotel in a beautiful location for anyone who enjoys a break away from noise and civilization. I will definitely be returning. They made my dogs feel very welcome too!
  : The only "problem" is the rooms aren't insulated against noise. It is an old hotel maintained with the original doors and furniture and stuff. This is what gives it all it's charm. But then you mustn't expect recent technologies. The floors creak, you can hear the rooms opposite opening and closing their doors, or people talking in the corridor. But no other noise - no roads, traffic or things like that. So at night it is very quiet.

  : You could help yourself from the buffet, the rest of the breakfast was set up individually. The room was nice, although cause of the age / style (wood) of the house you could hear walking people around. You can use the wellness area and cake buffet in the hotel belonging to the Landgasthof Ruedihus.
  : Check in was in Landgasthof Ruedihus itself, a little bit confusing. I couldn't find a reception, and my impression was that the personnell didn't know about the booking and needed to clarify everything first. The check out has to be done in another hotel (both hotels belong together), unfortunately.

  : The room was amazing, we had the upstairs room in the separate new building. Spacious, fantastic bed, warm in the winter and great bath with claw feet.The adjacent hotel across the road had a lovely sauna which we could use.
  : The reception was confusing, tried checking in and there was no apparent check in desk. Spoke to two staff members that were serving in the restaurant that told us contradicting instructions of where to go. We then sat and had a very nice meal while they sorted out our room. Eventually we got a key and instead of being shown the room, it was pointed to us. The room number on the key wasnt actually written on the room we were staying in so had to fumble around trying to see if keys worked in doors and unfortunately disturbed another guest. The staff just seemed to be very busy and distracted.

  : I felt like I was staying in a living museum. The antique furniture, squeaky floorboards and comfortable bed made this a wonderful experience. All the staff were very friendly towards me and my dog. I loved it.

  : I went to check in at the given time (3pm). I had to message the hotel and wait around 1hr till someone showed up in a car to ask me what I am doing. I didn't actually get into my room until around 4:20pm. No one was in the hotel to see me. It turns out you had to go to the 'sister' hotel over the road to check in. Having this information before hand would be good, so people don't have to sit and wait around for no reason. All the services and amenities were at the sister hotel across the road, this meant walking backwards and forwards to do anything, no one tells you this before you book the hotel.
