  : The room was clean and comfortable; wasn't keen on the floor, 7th, as to access I had to use the lift which had a glass wall and, being terrifed of heights, I wouldn't have used it had I been on my own. But overall, more than acceptable. Good central location near shopping mall and restaurants. Good, reasonably priced car park under hotel.
  : Wasn't aware that the dining room was closed on weekends before we arrived, which wasn't a problem on the Saturday I stayed as there was a pizza restaurant within yards/metres, but it was different matter on the Sunday when everything else in Geneva was closed. Ended up with McDonald's for dinner. The price of breakfast was also over two and a half times what we paid elsewhere (24.50-9 Euros), so didn't have breakfast there. I think the hotel was more orientated to guests there on business.

  : The front of house staff were nice despite very difficult circumstances.
  : We were awoken before 6am on a couple of days by building works taking place within the hotel. When we asked if they could take place at another time or if we could be moved to a different room where we couldn't hear the works we were told that they were audible throughout the entire hotel and that the manager "didn't care" about whether they bothered visitors or not.

  : Shopping center beside the hotel was great, the bus stops were outside the hotel that was so convenient
  : We didn't know we had to give 100euro security deposit before we booked and paid.There was some noise when soccer matches were on

  : Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the bed comfortable to sleep on.
  : - dont tell guests the whole room number at check in. I do not want other guests to know where my room is. Tell guests the floor. I can read my room number on the small paper you provide with the key card. - there were no water bottles in my room as they were on my previous stays. - really bad smell in the lobby
