: We stayed in the superior room, the room was really lovely and spacious. The ladies on reception were really helpful and was able to answer all the questions we had about the area. The bed was so comfy and we had a great night sleep. The shutters on the window made the room pitch black which was great. The pool, hot tub and sauna facilities are incredible and really make the stay. The showers are in the room so if youre not in a couple then it may be a little awkward.
: There are drinks and snacks in the room but the prices are extortionate, we paid 5 CHF for a bottle of water. Theres loads of shops downstairs so getting drinks and snacks was better that way. You can kind of smell the pool and the chlorine throughout the hotel but I like the smell so it was fine. The lift is really small so no more than two people can fit in a time

: Decoration was very nice and clean. Room was of a good size based on the type of accommodation.
: A better mini-bar and more choice of beverages would be nice, a power outlet for computer on top of the desk for the computer would be good as well.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Hotel staff is friendly and hotel seems clean.
: The smallest room and elevator couldnt even fit two people comfortably. If I had my baby in the stroller, I had to squeeze us tight and my husband had to take the stairs every time. To take the luggage up and down it required multiple trips. The room is tiny and definitely not designed by someone who stays in hotels. The shower is glass towards the bedroom, so if someone is in the bathroom the light shines right on the bed, so its nearly impossible to not wake the other person up in the middle of the night. It was a challenge having our baby with us.

: The room was spacious with a full size bed that was very comfortable. The walk-in rain shower is nice to have in the room after a long day out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, while the hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the main train station.
: If you sleep with windows open, it can be very noisy in the street below. Breakfast is not automatically included.
