  : We liked the hotel overall, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room, quiet area, close to the fortress.
  : Good part is that the spa area was working, great to relax and cool down, especially after a hot summer day, but the pool is a bit to small, just so you know, but it is excelent also for swimming, becouse, in general it was not crowded.

  : The room was big & comfy, the music in the bathroom was a nice touch & it is located in the city center, next to the fortress.
  : The bedsheets had a couple of stains on them and the saunas & 2 heating beds did not work.

  : Dust in the room looks like it hasnt been cleaned in ages. When we got towels, these where dirty. I had to use a towel I had with meit did not feel safe at all to use theirs.We had a sofa for our daughter to sleep on but it was broken so we could not use it.Drapes where very dirty, spiderwebs on the ceiling.In total, very unsanitary for the money they are asking

  : 1. The location of the property is very good. Next to Tsarevets, and very close to the centre. 2. Our room was very big and the bed was very big.3. The staff were really kind and smiling. 4. The breakfast was delicious.
  : 1. The towels werent cleaned properly. There were many black stains on some of our towels. Also the cover of the bed had the same stains, but not black. We found out it was this way because we saw some of the towels being kept in the underground parking lot. Maybe that's where the stains come from.2. The bathroom didnt smell good. There was mold. From the pictures of the property I had an expectation that the bathroom would be 10/10. No, the toilet seat was broken and also the bath tub couldnt be unplugged without a knife, which we didnt have and had to ask the cleaners. They said that they know that the bath tub is broken. If they know, why is it still that way?

  : I liked the room and the bed. It is closed to the fortress.
  : I didn't like the pool, too small and the clients which put their towels on the sunbed only to have fun and they stayed on the "super chair". The sauna did not function even I did paid for it.The facillities for breakfeast: not enough glasses, not enough napkins...
