  : The staff. The lady in charge wanted to cancel the booking on the app, so she doesn't pay fee to booking. I refused and she behaved rudely. At checkout I wanted to pay with card(in the app it says you can pay with card, also I saw the POS), but she refused and accepted only cash.

  : The location is very convenient and the rooms look nice. The view from the balconies is great.
  : The shower is in the same space as the toilet, so all the floor gets wet. We asked for the possibility to store our luggage a couple hours after check out and it was not possible.

  : Awful bathroom. The shower head attached to the faucet, so one would shower on the floor of the whole bathroom. Very small sink. No shower gel.Payment by card is not accepted, although stated on the site. Receipt only on request. The host does not speak kindly.Reception closes at 18.00.

  : Good wifi. Fridge in the room. Very average hotel, nothing special.
  : Small beds, soft mattress, small bathroom, no shelves in bathroom, shower area makes everything wet. Old towels. Cash only even though the hotel policy says it accepts credit cards. Extra charge for garage parking. Nothing special or attractive about the room. Many stairs down to reach room. Small balcony, no chairs.

  : This was the strangest/most unpleasant service I ever got in a hotel in my life... The lady taking care of the place doesn't speak English and this is not an actual problem if you can compensate with a smile and a kind attitude... This was not the case. My husband parked on the parking space belonging to the hotel because we were not finding the hotel and we needed to stop somewhere for 5 minutes while we look up the place on foot... We didn't know that the parking place belonged to the actual hotel we were going to stay at as there is no Hotel sign... just a small sign that says that they have available rooms and and a name in Cyrillic. The owner of the hotel started arguing with my husband that he needed to move the car, then because we didn't know the name of the hotel, than because her hotel was easy to find and how was it was not possible for us to find it, then that she can't understand our English, afterwards because we didn't want to park behind a light post that would block our exit... The place advertises a lot of services that it doesn't provide... the one that most affected us was that it said that is has charging station for electric vehicles... ( this was actually the reason we chose with hotel over others) which it didn't have.... Anyways... for sure I will not repeat or recommend the place.
