  : Everything was great starting from convenient location to 24h reception. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious room for two of us. The girls on the reception proved to be highly helpful within my requests and were always in touch.
  : The only thing I missed was an electric kettle in the room. That's all ;)

  : The cover of the bed was dirty and the bed was not so clean, the door of the bathroom was full of mold, the room was staff room I think for some reason.

  : It was the second time I stayed there from February 2001. I also liked the breakfast which was very cheap (7 leva) and lot of things, like a banana, lots of bread and an assortment of cheese and bologne. There was even some jam and honey.
  : I found most things clean, but I also knew it was in the cella and had one place where I had to duck because the ceiling was very low and I am 192 cm tall.

  : The location is great - there is 24 hour store just a few meters away, a pharmacy right around the corner, a food store and drugstore. Town center is 10 minutes away walking as is Grand Mall Varna (and the bus station that is next to the mall). There is air conditioner in the room and you will use it during summer time. I've never had to take a cold shower and this is something I feel very strongly about - hot water was readily available! Free WiFi and all the usual necessities. There is a laundry - Dera, just 5 minutes way that gets the clothes clean in a few hours. If you need a good way to make sure your luggage will fit the suitcase, getting the clothes laundered is a great idea. The staff is happy to help and answer your questions.
  : I dislike the bathroom - the sliding door lets water spill into the room. Solved it by grabbing a bathroom mat from the market at the end of the street :)
