  : It was clean
  : We have arrived at the hotel a little bit after 21;30 h, after a long flight. Unfortunately there was not an option to have dinner as the restaurant was closed. There was no room service or any other options to accommodate customer's needs. I think that a four star hotel should offer these to customers considering the price paid per night. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. In overall I had a bad experience with that hotel.

  : First the welcome from the gentleman was very humiliating.Entering the room where the reception is, which did not look like one at all. I politely greeted the gentleman who was inside and said that I had a reservation for today.He gave me a bad look and without asking me whose name the reservation was in or checking he told me: Absurt today everything is taken!!!IStarted to wonder and ask how it was so busy after I had a reservation. And so we discussed idle talk without him actually asking me and checking the names and reservation numbers. He told me if I wanted to check in another hotel.The child and I just wanted to go to bed, we didn't have the strength to stand up and talk. However, I called several hotels and they were all booked. Then I went back inside and again asked if there was anything to do? Isn't there a spare room? He was explaining something to me and then he asked me, let me see your reservation, then I showed it and when he saw that I really had one and the price for the night was very high, he started talking in a different way and said that he had a room, but not the one I I booked a smaller one. So nearly half to 40 minutes of discussion in vain, it was a horror. We finally got settled.We entered the room, it was clean, but it was not what it should be for a four-star hotel. There weren't even any slippers, I had to ask the next day if they had them and then they gave them to me. Throughout the night, loud voices could be heard from the neighboring rooms and in the corridors, as if they were inside my room, it was very noisy and not pleasant, we could not sleep peacefully. In the morning we went for breakfast, I was disappointed there was no variety, no quality. And after flies got on the food it was disgusting! After that we decided to go to the pool and before that the reception told me that there are towels and slippers for the spa in the spa center and they will give them to me.

  : The bed is very good, the receptionists are helpful, the place looks nice, the restaurant looks really nice.
  : Not all receptionists speak good English, there was sewer smell coming up in the bathroom, the floor of the spa's bubble bath was not really clean. What was ridiculous that for breakfast they served the salami and other stuff placed on a piece of newspaper that they place between the food and the serving plate.
