  : Just one small thing. I think the description of the flat should be more precise. For example, bathtub is mentioned and there's no bathtub. Maybe it's in the upper floor, I don't know. It's not a big deal, anyway...

  : It's a clean and well located accommodation. The hosts are available and flexible.
  : It is a basement that can not be well aired, so the air at the main bedroom is stale. The floor and the walls need repairing and coloring. Other unusual thing are the extra costs that are shown in the search, but booking.com fails to present them in the confirmation. Considering the total cost, there are several better options with the same price.

  : The host is great. Picked me up from the airport for an extra 20 lev, which is about what you'd pay for a taxi. We had a nice conversation on the way.
  : I stayed there for one night and couldn't wait to be out. The apartment's small windows open directly to the road so the traffic noise, especially bikes, is loud. This could have been better if the windows could close, but one of them can't close all the way (which is on par with the general build quality) so it feels like the motorcycles are right in the room with you. There was also noise from the apartment above. The place wasn't very clean, and while the musty smell of the basement is expected and didn't bother me, there's a very strong cigarette smell, probably stuck to the walls over years of smoking. There's no real shower, the showerhead is basically above the toilet seat. In August, with the windows as closed as could be, it was hot, but not terrible. I would have loved to leave a better review, but I cannot recommend this place - at the time of booking I chose it over nicer places with comparable prices because I thought it would be quiet. The place is a walking distance from the center. I would not make the walk at night though, the small alleyways leading to the center are all pretty dark.

  : Beautiful, relaxing garden to sit in. Good location for city centre, good value, and you can book off road parking on site with the host.
  : It is a basement, so inside it has less finesse than some, but it is great value for money.

  : It was a great stay! George is a great and very helpful host! Apartment is located in good location, perfect for travellers geard towards sightseeing. I would definitely book again :)
