  : Overall I am happy with my choice. Booked beacuse of my 'genious level'. Super clean, quiet flat and neighborhood. Super central, ona walking distance you had everything! Great bed! Loved the fact that had a balcony - 6th floor!! Great communication but felt very coorpate in the end.
  : Flat's door kept creaking each time someone was coming in on this floor or the one below. Kitchen are was a bit awkard with the cabinets and you could not wash properly (unless they did not want me to). Curtains were falling off and need fixing. As I said above, felt very coorporate/salesy in the end and when I tried to call, the number was like it did not exist. Also was not a Bulgarian number. Balcony is a plus for sure, but only saw roofs of other building, so if you are expecing a great view (like I did), it is not it.

  : Only that I could walk to my work/office.But it is not sunny facing north west and not luxury! I lost 3 hours dealing with them and thanks to biking my second night was cancelled
  : The place had nothing to do with reality 1.Dirty bedsheets , stained bedsheets 2. Furniture was full of stains and had not been dry cleaned since it has been bought3. The place needed in general main cleaning that was not done in years: curtains, walls, windows, 4. Lots of damaged items: the faucet, the cupboards, the chair5. There is an office next door so you can have no privacy 6. Noisy elevator directly on 2 walls7. No spoons in a luxury apartment?!?!8. Shower basin was leaking so the floor was wet all the time
