  : The Adria complex opposite the Aris.. The bar man was very nice and friendly although a bit over priced on alcohol. I will be booking this hotel next time I go to Sofia..
  : Where do I start...... The receptionist wasn't very friendly or helpful when we arrived, NO information about the hotel amenities at the hotel opposite or WiFi code were given. The room was very noisy and small and next to the lift, 1 spare single duvet, no spare pillows, no cups or glasses to have a drink, only 1 very small towel and a hand towel between 2 people. The curtains were falling off the track so had light shining in the room all night so unable to sleep. The breakfast was pretty disgusting, very greasy fried egg, stodgy pasta and reheated pork. Wasn't told what time breakfast was available either.. NO receptionist available for checkout the following morning, rang the bell for15 minutes as we needed a taxi to the airport. The lady in the breakfast room rang a taxi eventually. We have stayed at the Aris twice this year and won't be back, Terrible service and hotel, Even the cost of the room for it's size was expensive. . We used to stay at the favorite which has also gone down hill. It's a shame that the staff at the Aris don't seem to care about the guests or their place of work

  : Neighbours were loud after hours. The drain is potentially clogged, or water doesn't drain fast as the shower water was up to my ankle.

  : It was absolutely freezing cold in the dining room at breakfast,the first morning the coffee machine run out of water so no hot drinks were available the food that should have been served hot was not hot enough

  : After 10pm you need to ring the hotel to get access to check in. Tiny rooms with uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was next to nothing, lady at breakfast was not professional at all not friendly.
